Chance attended Mississippi State University and graduated in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. During his time in college, he gained valuable experience working with a general contractor, taking on roles such as submittal coordinator, project supervisor, and assistant project manager. Following his graduation, he worked as a Sales Engineer for a national HVAC and kitchen equipment company, where he specialized in designing job-specific commercial equipment for the entire state of Mississippi. Chance has demonstrated a consistent record of success in HVAC design and project management. Since joining DBES in October 2021, he has leveraged his experience to become a valuable asset to the team.
